By downloading, accessing, or using the Nurse Jobs India mobile application and web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the provisions outlined in this document, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
Our services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and hold valid, legally recognized nursing qualifications. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and possess the necessary certifications, licenses, and educational background to practice nursing as stated in your profile.
To access our services, you must register using a valid email address and phone number, which will be verified via a One-Time Password (OTP). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password. Through our "Active Sessions" feature, you are responsible for monitoring logged-in devices and remotely logging out of any unrecognized sessions. Nurse Jobs India is not liable for data loss due to compromised user credentials.
Our platform utilizes AI-driven "Smart Pre-fill" to parse uploaded resumes and automatically populate your profile. While this tool is provided for convenience, you are solely responsible for reviewing and correcting any inaccuracies before submitting applications. You guarantee that all User Content (resumes, education, clinical experience) is free of deceptive or fraudulent claims.
Nurse Jobs India serves strictly as an intermediary platform connecting healthcare professionals with healthcare facilities (Hospitals and Home Nursing providers). We do not guarantee the validity, accuracy, or availability of any job listing. Users are advised to exercise due diligence and verify all details, including compensation and workplace conditions, directly with the employer.
You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with the platform. Prohibited actions include: utilizing automated systems to extract data; attempting to bypass our API or Socket security protocols; submitting malicious code; transmitting unsolicited promotional materials; and harassing other users or employers.
Your use of Nurse Jobs India is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with app store data safety guidelines regarding the collection, processing, and deletion of your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our data practices, including the use of Device IDs for security monitoring.
Unless otherwise stated, Nurse Jobs India and its original content, features, app architecture, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurse Jobs India, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of profits or missed employment opportunities—resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform.
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or that push notifications and real-time socket updates will always be delivered instantaneously.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (e.g., submitting fraudulent credentials). Additionally, you may terminate this agreement at any time by utilizing the "Danger Zone > Permanently Delete Account" feature within the app.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nurse Jobs India is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
